Here’s the deception: the Republican party spends big and constant to divide the nation. Then continue to spend (with help from their Russian allies) to divide the Left. Next - they hold up the extreme views of the far left as ‘mainstream.’ They’re not, they’re as radical as their counterparts in the ‘tea party.’ But, instead of consuming & dooming humanity, they’d at least allow us to survive..

@Varn sorry varney. The far left is much larger than the tea party just by virtue of liberal ideals being a majority in modern society. I'm not just talking american society I'm talking Europe and Canada as well. Part of the problem is that massive corporations are expecting to appeal to a global market, a market which exists in countries without the first ammendment and harbors people who are not used to interacting with a society as combative yet ideologically diverse as the United states.

I repeat- trump is a symptom of a fractured society, he came from the fray or divide as you say, he is not the orchestrator of the divide. There are certain ideas and principles breaking down in western society and free speech and expression is one of them. The only side capable of not mocking such an observation is currently on the right. Career liberals are decadent in hubris at the moment, even my left wing voting friends understand this. Even someone like Andrew Yang understands this.

Few carry a card of the ‘tea party’ ..or of the ‘far left,’ so there’s no way to count them. Extremes have been cultivated, both, ugly and ignorant.. I see both extremes picking unnecessary fights, so it’s up to those in the middle to stay above them. But when one wins big, now representing half the political power of our nation - everyone must unite against it.
