That is exactly what I would like as well, either in Canada or Skandinavia. My other wish is to go to an ice hotel, so again in Canada, (Quebec) or maybe Finland.
Good news for you, from the Sedona Flagstaff area, L.A., Vegas, and Grand Canyon are each a half day drive. You could easily hit them all in a week.

I loved swimming with the dolphins, they are such gentle and intelligent creatures.

why so ?
@markdevenish fewer people, higher altitude so a little cooler. More greenery making it a bit more interesting than the harsher more desertified south rim

@Marz oh yes both amazing, just different ways to experience it. My sister has done river rafting there, rim to rim hikes and other rock climbing of the formations most people only looks at and lived year round on the North Rim for about 8 years.I would really like to get to the bottom and look up instead of lookd down
