Rebuilding my boundaries and trying to figure out how to get and what kind of relationships I want. Kind for me and everyone around me.

Told my daughter I was proud of her ... told her she grew up to be the woman I'd always hoped she'd , and then some! Gave my grandaughter ton's of kisses ... laughs ... such a sweety when she's not throwing a temper tantrum!

I placed the groceries from the basket of a mobility limited person behind me in line onto the register belt while the cashier rang up my stuff. Something nice that was done for me? A tall person stopped and pulled stuff down from a shelf I couldn’t quite reach.
