What took them so long? It has been a cottage industry in the states since the early 20th Century at least. i had a stepfather who helped pay his way through college selling weed and bennies in the forties.

It's always been around, but this is organised on an impressive industrial scale.

Cool, the folks at the bottom get the brunt of the enforcement. Glad to see Europe's just like us in that regard.
