Well i'm going to make a batch of my famous Spaghetti sauce, I know everyone is excited about that. It does not even have Onions in it, Onions are my enemy. I just love the smell of Garlic and sauce cooking in the house !

I do, too! My late husband's family was from Gilroy, California (aka The Garlic Capital of the World) so our house is pretty much permeated with the stuff. We measure it by heads, not cloves, but usually included onions as well. 🙂 Enjoy your sauce.

Personally, I like onions. However, I must agree that garlic is better still; when I make sauce I substitute the onions in the recipe for an equal weight of garlic.

@JohnnyQB Not far off midnight. I tend to assume this site operates on EST, so it's roughly "home from work, had dinner, log on" time about now 🙂
