I can't find my pencil sharpener. I used to have an electric pencil sharpener, I am sure of that. I don't remember getting rid of it, and I don't even know the last time I used it, but I needed it today. Is this an adulting fail?

No, it is pretty big, and black. I looked where it was the last time I remember using it, and that desk is all cleaned out, I need to get rid of it. Mysteries.

I used my pocket knife and a nail file. I am one of the slightly inept people, so sharpening that way can be a gateway to Urgent Care... I did OK today though.

And, it not a matter of age. When I was in elementary school, I hid the valentines I wanted to pass out on Valentine's Day so that my sister could not filch some of them. But, I forget where I hid them until after Valentine's Day.
