Try replacing the word squat with f##k. It then makes a lot more sense. I think it is actually about f##king because that actually has all the beneficial consequences attributed to the activity in question. Squat is actually code for f##k. 😂🤣😂🤣

Many cultures perform daily activities closer to the ground. Therefore, youthful limberness never diminishes like in western cultures.

Interesting article, but I didn't see any instructions for how to properly squat. However, I do sit cross-legged regularly.

Great practice! It is also one way that hatha yoga improves health.

I really doubt I’d be able to squat like that...hips and knees are not in good enough shape anymore I’m afraid.

Not everyone can. I lost an ankle joint while in the military and would fall over backwards if I tried this.

@Allamanda The idea that historical squatting and groups that still do leads to better health outcomes. Color me skeptical.
