Surprise neighbor! About twenty five years ago, I came home for lunch and found a guy threatning to break the legs of this small child because the kids were picking on his child.
WOAA!!! I was already in a bad mood but this was the breaking point. I sent the kids in my back yard and then told the guy there were no witnesses now. And I guess I threatened him and his wife. Hmmmm....maybe not a good idea. Anyway I called the police and they came out and interviewed me and warned the other guy not to come in the cul-de-sac.
And now, from twenty five years ago, and a hundred and fifty miles away, he is my neighbor. He doesn't know it yet........hehehe..........

I hope he's had a chance to become less of a dick.
Sometimes people change.
People who threaten children though? I would never fully trust him.

He already is a dick. He started in on the "illegals". He's a Trumpanzee.
On the other side is another Trumpanzee. He is renting the house from my friend. The house is being sold......hehe. (we don't know this). I'm surrounded.

Try to keep a level head and low interaction levels if possible. That has got to test your mettle.
