FEMA's Rumor Control page - good information. Not youtube or someone's blog post or some facebook post by someone's aunt's cousin that works for blahblahblah.

For people with anxiety or other mental health related issues, it's important to have correct information and not secondhand guess work.

Also there's Snopes.com, Factcheck as well as science based sites that use actual evidence to put forth facts that everyone needs. If it seems too good to be true, it most likely is.
