As far as I know, you can delete the entire browsing history of Safari, just yesterday's or, if you know exactly where to look, even a single item.

"In Safari, select the History menu. Select ""Clear History"" at the very bottom of the menu. In the dialog box, select to clear the last hour, today, today, and yesterday, or the entire history. Click ""Clear History.""
Alternatively, in Safari, you can press Command-Y. I found this way at [cleanmymac.com] a history list will replace the current page. There is a Clear History button in the upper right corner. Clicking it gives you the same dialog box about choosing how far you want to clear your browsing history. But this page also gives you one additional option - the ability to delete one specific item."

How do I clear the search history in Safari on Mac?

I confess I have never owned ANY Apple/Microsoft "crapola" 😛
I have run Linux since the 90s 🙂
