Do we know what assumptions the 20% number of infected is based on? Meaning are they assuming shelter in place with near 100% compliance (grossly unlikely IMHO) or like Mardi Gras in New Orleans?

Deaths will be more than 500. The fatality rate as calculated by the W.H.O. is currently 3.4%. that means 640 people would die - or 140 more than the figure above.
