Looks like the DNC is preparing to weasel out of having a final debate in April, even tho they originally promised 12 debates. Bernie is committed to participating while Biden says he is too focused on the coronavirus situation to participate. Anyone who's seen his recent appearances since Super Tuesday would probably more likely suspect that he is just trying to avoid appearances and more gaffes or disturbing dementia behavior.
