Covid 19 will shift the wealth disparity, yet again. The wealthy will still have most of what they started with, but the lower 90% will see whatever gains they've made dramatically thinned. Will they lose 40% of their wealth like 2009, or more? Is that why Trump is slow-walking and stalling all the measures to combat Covid 19?

Hard to say in answering either of your ?s. Trump is clearly dragging his feet on coping with the crisis, but it's hard to say whether he is doing that to screw the lower classes or more because he wants to prop up the stock market and help his election chances. Could be a combination of all of those. How much the lower classes will lose of their wealth all depends on how many months the economy is shut down with businesses being closed. Right now it's hard to know how long that will be.
