Home espresso drink fans?

Who here has their own espresso setup and prides themselves on their creations?

My current setup is a Rancilio Silvia that has been PID modified and a Mazzer Major that has been refurbished. Looking possibly to upgrading to an E61 single group with dual boiler and rotary pump like a Rocket R58. Would love a La Marzocco or Nuova Simonelli but my wife would kill me if I spent that much money.

As Italian I drink only espresso and when I still had my store I was the proud owner of a La Marzocco. I was thinking to buy for home a Rancilio. You seem happy with it

The Rancilio Silvia is a nice little machine, although the PID is definitely a good upgrade. Very hard to judge and stabilize boiler temp without it.

I just fresh grind the beans and use a cafeteria add milk and sugar. perfect. less is more.

I just have a Keurig. Nothing fancy. It was on sale at Wal-Mart for $60 after X-mas ended. I got the black one. I don't like the color red on electronics.

Get the reusable basket so you don’t have to buy the overpriced refills

K-kups -anything I want/can afford to buy. The future. Simple, easy and quick.

I hope it isn’t the future. Terrible coffee and terrible for the environment.

I take regular coffee and little dispenser in k-kup-no waste.
