Have you ever been a victim of sexual assault? Hearing all the allegations about Trump AND Biden are triggering. My ex bf's friend grabbed my ass once when I was walking in front of him & then smiled at me. "Boys will be boys!" NO. Some men should learn how to keep their damn hands off of women w/o the women's consent. Another incident happened to me years and years ago involving a man with this topic that's too horrid to even mention on here, which caused me years of trauma and pain. I'm ANGRY, sickened, and FED UP these two candidates!! What great role models for America.

Same goes for women with sexual assault as well, although I rarely ever hear about women doing this; but I am sure there are cases out there.

I was going to vote for a one of the candidates but now I'm not voting for that one anymore. I have no idea what I'm going to do yet but I know I'll probably be shedding some tears while voting and afterwards.

I wanted to knock him the f out but I didn't. I told my EX boyfriend and he did nothing.

It is obvious that you are a feminista!

There is no evidence suggest that Ms. Reade is lying, but there's also no evidence to believe that she's telling the truth either. She deserves to be heard and taken seriously, absolutely. If she wants a day in court to confront Biden, let it come. If Biden has nothing to hide, he's got nothing to fear. HOWEVER, as of this point, all we have is "he said/she said" and as much as I understand the ideas behind "believe all women" (because I do believe that all women will and/or have been sexually harassed or assaulted at some point) I also believe in innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I believe Trump to be a sexual predator partially because of the 26 women accusing him, but also because he's on tape bragging about it. As for why I think Biden will be different, it's not so much him as the people around him. Biden wants to be popular, much like Trump, and like Trump, that makes him easy to manipulate. But unlike Trump, Biden will likely have people like Bernie and AOC holding his feet to the fire. It's likely they'll be part of the power behind the throne, unlike Trump who has vile pieces of human filth like Pence and.....is Bannon still there? Well, whoever his replacement is I'm sure is equally vile, if not worse.

No. I have never been sexually assaulted or harassed, so I cannot relate to the experience or tell people how to react to it. Perhaps if I had been, I'd be singing a different tune, but, having known quite a few survivors, both male and female, I can't even say that with certainty. All that being said, though, your vote is yours. I can only give my reasoning as to the method behind my madness. It's unlikely that I have persuaded you, but I think we can agree that the chances of America surviving another 4 years of little Lord Cheetodick are slim at best.

Trump has been accused 27 times not included are all the women he or someone on his behalf paid them off. Biden has been falsely accused by Tara for whatever purpose she has in mind.

Falsely accused? How can you be so sure?

Just because Trump did it more doesn't mean that what Joe did is okay.

Sorry hearing about your experiences. Just horrific especially your ex boyfriend. I am glad that he is ex. Women need to speak out more but men need to speak out on womens behalf. If I were you I would vote green.

that's your sexual assault get the fuck out

@VeronikaAnnJ I reply when its worth replying I don't care if you don't vote really that is your choice I do think that the woman accusing biden is paid by a trumper that said if all you are having fits and crying about is a guy that grabbed your ass once get over it if he raped you or did more than that I get it but we have become hyper sensitive to bullshit

@VeronikaAnnJ and I don't reply most of the time because of shit like this

I have. Groped on the school bus when I was 11. Raped on my graduation beach trip at 17. I was a virgin.
Repeatedly raped by an abusive bf for close to a year at age 42. Almost raped on a date at age 55. Stalked by an ex just a few years ago.
Many of the women I know have been groped, catcalled, stalked, beaten...one or many kinds of violence. In my own mother’s family, molestation with a ripple effect of unbelievable magnitude.
From what I’ve heard firsthand, 1 in 3 or 4 is not correct. Most assault goes unreported. I never reported mine. No police, no hospital. Just later-years later-in therapy.

Haven't we all?

Every single woman I know has a story - at least one - of some sort of sexual assault.

@VeronikaAnnJ I don't see how it's "biased". It's a broad claim, to be sure - I'll freely admit that! And no, it's not true...but it's closer to the truth than not, I think.

You should have made a visit to the local police station and let them know about that episode with your ex's friend, bet the police would have set him straight. You can't take back the past and any possible scars you may have endured, but you can go forward and learn from the past so that it is not repeated ever again.

Our politics are truly screwed up, and both major political parties are corrupt. When it comes to voting, you must do what you think is the right thing to do no matter what anyone else tells you. It's been said that if you vote for a third party you are giving your vote away to one or the other of the two-party monopoly, but I don't think that's true though. If you didn't vote for either Dem or Repub then neither of them actually get your vote, period. I wish more citizens decided to vote for a third party, until that happens I fear nothing much is going to change where politics are concerned.

Where sexual assault is concerned, you are right, that can happen to either of the sexes. Technically, many years ago I was sexually assaulted, and try not to think about it much.

@VeronikaAnnJ Sure thing, glad to know I could help. Your vote(s) is yours alone, and no one else's business who you vote for.

@VeronikaAnnJ The assault I experienced was connected to something I did for fun on the side a few times years ago, long story.

@VeronikaAnnJ That it don't.

I would have instinctively slapped him. And if I had a bf with friends like this he'd be in trouble just as much as the guy was, cuz he didn't do anything in my defense. Most of my sexual assaults have happened in clubs and when I was smacked in the rear in a club I slapped one guy and pushed another one hard back in to his friends. pricks.

@VeronikaAnnJ The problem with clubs, especially in a giant city, is that if you are not accompanied by a male, you are fair game to men. I have literally never been clubbing alone, always in groups or pairings of other women, and men try to sexually assault me or force me to dance. I take a more direct physical approach like pushing guys away or pulling my hand or body away forcefully, but with more submissive or gentle female friends, I would get involved and pull my friend away or push the guy's creepy hands away. Good friends do not only look out for themselves but for the safety of their friends as well. I couldn't stop that because as you know cesspool of men with boundary and consent issues, but I reacted in ways which I hope taught some of them to back off and not treat women this way. Who knows. But no regrets on my end! I just regret when I was younger and first started going to clubs that I didn't stop dancing with guys that groped my breasts or butt. I learned to stop allowing that.

Yes. I was touched inappropriately when I was 6 (in an elevator, by two teenage boys) and 11 (walking down the street, by a grown-ass man). It was traumatizing.

Assholes. I'm sorry that happened. 🙁
