I came across an article today that said a group of people in biodefense have been trying to work with and alert the presidential administration on proper management of the covid epidemic. Just the very idea of it was upsetting because if some people are working on this somewhere and observing and thinking there is a much better way, than WHY haven't they spoken up sooner? It comes across as a completely opportunistic political ploy to discredit the current administration. I've been wondering where biodefense was the whole time. NOW we get commentary, 7 months in?

Unfortunately he had a lot of people convinced that he's a hero. Republicans unite behind their guy no matter what. Democrats have left wing factions that refuse to support a more conservative Dem. That's how they win key states. Hopefully this year democrats unite.
