This constant drumbeat against the President has got to stop!
Don:t you realize he is just the tip of the iceberg?!! He is just a distraction from what is really going on! How about some in-depth analysis of what the super-rich/corporations are doing to destroy democracy, freedom, and the planet itself in the name of greed and ego? They are not god, but through vicarious identification with god, they claim (either through true belief or manipulation) to speak for god, in that way becoming that God.

So, what's your prescription? We should self-censor and unilaterally disarm? I personally think we should redirect our attention to verbally attack Trump's supporters. I think one of the reasons we feel comfortable attacking Trump is that he can't respond to each of us. It's a little more scary to attack Trump supporters in person. And I do.

Bashing trump has it's place of course but from the start I have said it is the people off to the side pulling the strings. The senate which is control by men who sold their souls years ago to the greed and power hydra. That there are many of the same on the democrat side isn't an accident either. They just don't seem to get caught as much.
Then there is the co-opting of religion. What a really sad hot mess that is.

He deserves every insult thrown at him... He makes things worse because he's in power and he uses that for evil!!

He may be the tip, but the drumbeat needs to become a roar. We cannot take anymore of his destruction. Have to start somewhere.

He has done more than any other sitting president to enable the growth of the power of corporations you speak of. They are the same evil working to destroy our country, its people, and the planet. If the politicians didn't cower to the power of the corporations for their own independent gain, they (both) would be far less empowered. It's a feedback loop, and yes, both areas need to be addressed, but it's really difficult to address one to the exclusion of the other.

I'm never ever gonna stop hating that bastard. If he gets re-elected I'm going to be even worse for the next four years. If I outlive him I'll badmouth him on the day he dies.
