I have a question, primarily for the more "mature" ladies on this forum: how do you feel about men using "enhancements" to improve the quality of intimacy? Yes, I'm referring to "those" pills, specifically. Do you think less of a man for doing so, doesn't matter, or you enjoy the effects without judgement? Forgive me if this seems indelicate, but I really am curious.

I was seeing a younger lady a couple of years back, and she advised me to make sure I had viagra, because her previous partner was my age and needed it. So my experience is that some women at least have no problem with it. I have never tried it, I don't take any form of medication.

I have no prescription meds at this time. I don't trust them.

It doesn't matter to me. I've had one partner who used them as a matter of course and another who used them every once in a while. They're just like anything else used for health issues - I'm glad that they're able to get what you need to live their lives as they want to.

There are all kinds of health issues that get people when older. Gravity gets us all. Do whatcha gotta do.

Whatever works as far as I am concerned. I won't hold it against him if he won't hold other things against me.

I wouldn't mind if he used them IF we had great intimacy in other ways often, and occassionally he said 'hey, we haven't done this in a while and i'm feeling healthy, do you mind if I take one of these?" I'd say 'Let's go."

IF they are a way to prop up his ego - i.e. he feels less like a man if he doesn't have or perform amazing sex - then he would just be putting off the inevitable slide into depression when he is no longer able to take the drugs.

This is an opportunity for him to look at his health - physical and emotional. Maybe there are some diet or exercise routines that need adjusting to bring him back into normal function. Or maybe there is some emotional needs that aren't being met and sex is being used as a substitute.

Whatever he chooses, he should choose to be his best and healthiest self.

If all other options/alternatives fail, I don't see why not. I'm really big into natural alternatives to drugs but I don't know if one exists for this since I haven't come across this particular issue yet. Yes, I said yet, because I'm sure at some point I may. With or without enhancements, I hope the opportunity for intimacy comes up (pun intended.). 🙂

There is no stigma in my opinion. It’s like taking insulin —if you need, use it. Sooner or later, most all men will experience ED. Buy medication on line as it will be much cheaper.

I’ve been wanting to try it recreationally.

Is there another way? Or, are you talking about flying solo?

@Condor5 nah, I don’t need it for its function. With that in mind, I’m curious of its effects on my body. No, with partner.

@Captnron59 lol

You can mess your unit up like that tho... /js

@Qualia can you? Or is that speculation?

@NothinnXpreVails well if not better find the antidote for a 4 hour long erection... unless you don't mind going to the ER for a shot... I'm sure there are stories on the net. I've not been in the situation so no idea.

Perfectly reasonable question.
Personally, I've never experienced them being remotely effective.
I don't think less of a man for using them.
Would have been nice if they'd worked.

My ex had to use them, do what you gotta do. However I did throw it in his face after he said something about my weight, which wasn't the first time. I had had it with his ass. Otherwise I don't have a problem with it.

What a fool, he totally screwed up.

@Tony80223 He is a jerk and a drunk, verbally abusive.

@Presley1209 glad you got out of that mess.

@Tony80223 Me too. I never should have married him. I knew better.

@Presley1209 and so begins the next phase of your life where you find the right love with the right person that treats you the right way. That’s my wish for you (and hopefully for all of us).?

@Tony80223 Aww, that is so sweet! Right back at you. Thank you.

Zero problem. We all have something to overcome. 🙂

I've never been with anyone who used them. However, I wouldn't imagine they "improve the quality of intimacy," especially if your lady friend is having dryness issues herself. Intimacy, for me, isn't about hardness. I'd say it's a topic that needs to be individualized to the couple, with open communication.

I would never allow a romantic partner to use such dangerous drugs, and I never have casual sex. I can take sex or leave it, and there are many more ways to achieve orgasm than conventional sex.
