If Mitch pushes this and I have little doubt that he will, I have hopes for Senator Kamala Harris' performance on the Judiciary Committee. There will be a lot of strong statements made before the election -- for good and ill.

He is also a president that has been influenced by Russia, has a problem with Russia and does what they want. How do we know that the Russians did not choose the people Trump put in so far? All those conservative judges who have no experience and were put there to be dupes of Trump.

The only solace I take from the judge situation is that he is (so far at least) a one term President. Even with McTurtle abetting, he has not been able to appoint nearly as many judges as pretty much any two term President. It's up to us to keep it that way.
