Sexual Compatibility Via Music Selection

When you think of spending some quality sexual time, for giving appreciations, bonding, and getting to know your lover, for non-lyrical musical accompaniment, would you think in terms of:

A. Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata

B. Bach’s Brandenburg Concertos

C. George Acosta Trance music

Definitely A

@EarnestEccentric I love sex. But only if I love the person with whom I'm having it.

@EarnestEccentric It's probable that love is defined differently from one individual to another. I know that the way I define it has changed over my lifetime. For me it is intertwined with trust and respect and would take a while to develop with someone. Of all the things love is to me, physical attraction is low on the list.

But, dancing in the moonlight before hand is great.

As I look back, it does seem like those women I had good sex with shared my tastes in music.

As a jazz and classical flute player, I don't think of bonding with a potential new lover in musical terms. I find music distracting when talking with someone.

Intelligence, witty banter, fitness and kindness light my fire.

You are so right! I don't like distractions at all in the bedroom. No music, no tv, no nothing... I wanna hear him and him hear me...

To me, music may lead to sex, but we’d need no accompaniment … I wanna hear that heart beat ~

Why non-lyrical? We used certain music CDs during intimate time, but neither of those. Also, never repeating. That's what the 5-disc player was for. (;

I happen to love Beethoven. I think Bach would draw my attention TO the music and away from my partner, though.

@EarnestEccentric That makes sense. I forget that not everyone is relatively non-lyrical as I seem to be. There are likely instrumentals that would serve the occasion very well for me, I just need to think on it...

E. None of the above. I can’t see having sex to either of these.
