Want to see how other countries view the United States? This is what fascism looks like.

Why can’t he be the adult and stop
the hate?

@Wildgreens ...because he's a hateful, hurtful racist person, who applauds this behaviour.

Hate is the Currency that Trump peddles in. Hate is the currency his followers use. Hate is what gets Republicans in Congress elected. Hate is something that Republicans have seen working to their benefit. Hate is not going away any time soon

@dermot235 They're called xtians? They're the one's mostly supporting him and off course some Atheists or Agnostics on here.

I was expecting clan robes and artillery, so yes I'm heartened by only this many showing up out of 70 million Trump votes.
Women have better turn outs despite a high proportion of white female Trump voters.
If they only understood ... but they don't want to hear it without imagining Illuminati code words in it.

The Klan doesn't wear robes.

@barjoe Whatever fashion show.

It's what stupid people look like.

I recall footage of the Manson Cult brain-dead followers from 50 years ago, proudly proclaiming how innocent Manson was and how it was all lies by the media. Never mind all the murders. Stupid is as stupid does. But fascism is based on large numbers of stupid people like this, that's true. Same for religion.

In Europe we know this is not what the average American is like. We know that most Americans are good people.

I'm starting to have my doubts about that. At least half of them are not.

@dermot235 @barjoe It's almost down to just below half of them showing their true colours. I've met Republicans who gave me stupid reasons why they were voting for the Orange man. I was there a month before the 2016 elections. The one from Boston said the co-payment on Obamacare was too high. I said well that's only once you're hospitalised. I asked anything else why you think the Orange man would make a good president. He said "he runs many successful businesses so he would be very good economically for the country". The other guy from Florida said "well my brother is still benefiting from Obamacare, without it, he'd die". I asked why he would vote for the Orange man he said" because I believe he'll repair the damage Obama has cost the USA and he will reduce working class taxes. The friends in Atlanta (they worked in South Africa) were voting Hillary. The expectations from those in Florida and Boston ...well that didn't happen.
...and I can bet they voted for him again. Sorry choices that cost the country - open hatred and racism for fellow human beings, the country more divided than ever, the police showing their true hideous horrible might ...and now the Orange man carries on like he's been crowned King, spreads baseless allegations, drives through the crowd of his protestors, smiling and waving and refuse to concedeπŸ™„. He definitely has a screw loose.
