Because no other governments ever attempt this, nor do we ever do the same to them.....why is this "news"?????

The US is by far the most dependent on 'technology', therefore the most vulnerable. Yet we 'fired the first shot' (Stuxnet) of the escalating cyber war. I would hope the 'news' would prompt our citizens to get our government (and everyone else) to take the threat(s) (more) seriously. ymmv 😛
