Which? Potentially either or neither. I am all for legalized pot, btw, but natural is not automatically a panacea. Arsenic is natural, after all, as are deadly mushrooms. And we have lost count of the number of incidents of toxic salmenila or ecoli contaminated organic produce. It keeps happening. I am certainly glad for some modern meds that have changed lives for the better. HIV and Hep C are no longer death sentences, and polio and smallpox eradication also owe their successes to modern pharmaceuticals.
(Sorry to be a wet blanket on a funny meme.)

I guess opium is a Farmaceutical, and my metformin is a Harmaceutical. I take metformin for type 1 diabetes, which it controls nicely. In addition, " A 2017 review and meta-analysis found that people with diabetes who were taking metformin had significantly lower all-cause mortality. They also had reduced cancer and cardiovascular disease than those on other therapies." The main side effect is gas. There are bad drugs, especially new ones.

People must be careful what they eat and what meds they use. IMO the average American diet is our more deadly than either Farmaceuticals or Harmaceuticals. Most people suffer from eating too much fatty, sugary food that cause cancer, strokes and heart attacks. It is easy to blame something else for our mistakes, but it doesn't help us.

Having lost my wife to prescription drugs I know my answer. I would like to have known the outcome with she had used marijuana, either smoked or edible. I think ot might have been very different.
