I have no problem with lifetime appointments of judges, as long as both parties are allowed to appoint them when they control the White House. What is wrong is when only one party's presidents are allowed to appoint judges and when that party isn't in the White House, then they are allowed to obstruct the other party's appointments for that president's whole term.

WHITE HOUSE APPOINTMENTS AND NEPOTISM

1. Prohibit all family member appointments in the White House positions - none is allowed
2. No other family member other than the current spouse can be taken on Air Force One or at taxpayers expense on foreign trips
3. No grown up above 26 can stay in the White House with the President for more than 3 weeks

CABINET AND OTHER AGENCY APPOINTMENTS

1. All temporary cabinet appointments of more than 45 days are invalid, unlawful and orders will have no force of law
2. Tighten all ethics law and rules on nepotism, lobbying, campaign finance and an automatic special prosecutor appointment after sufficient evidence is submitted to the Inspector General
3. President cannot fire any Inspector General. His or her term will be limited for 9 years and be answerable to Congress, not President
4. Take these appointments out of President's hands, These should have a fixed 8 year term:
   a. FCC
   b. CDC
   c. FAA
   d. SEC

WHITE HOUSE BUDGET AND OVERREACH

1. The Budget for White House expenses will be approved by full Congress every year and it will be reasonably limited by category like lawn designs, gyms, sports court, swimming pools
2. Cap expenses on Presidential inaugurations
3. President will not have authority to move Presidential portraits in the White House. They must stay at the locations approved by Congress
4. Take away president's privilege to pardon anyone. His pardon requests must be approved by 2/3 of Congress. Else not allowed

CAMPAIGN AND ETHICS

1. President's tax returns for 10 years must be released to public within 60 days of taking office if not declared during elections (10 years minimum)

An impeached president cannot hold any future political office

Mandatory IQ and literacy tests for anyone running for any public office! The same for anyone wanting to vote.

Abolish the electoral college!
