I never have bothered with making excuses for avoiding people I don't like and I won't start now. Otherwise, I agree completely with the message. I avoid the ignorant and insane, as engaging only leads to unnecessary grief.

BTW, it's also telling that Bernie's rallies were always much bigger than Biden's during the primaries. That's because Bernie supporters, like me, don't care about who knows our political views, we're proud socialists. We are willing to take the heat and possible vandalism because our candidate stood for something worth fighting for, unlike Biden.

I certainly feel this way.
