At a minimum, under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, these people gave aid to the insurrectionists, and are disqualified to hold office. This finding should be issued by the FBI as soon as possible.

But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

In any country where something like a democratic system exists there would be legal consequences for such conduct. But, in the US, well, I don't know ....Somehow, I suspect nothing will happen.
