I cannot wait to move out of this rental house. End of May ends this slumlord nightmare. We've had an electrical problem in the walls that's it's been four months and still not fixed. Sink issues today and he tries to tell me it's my responsibility. I've put in a new vanity and guess what? He's refused to allow.133.57 to be deducted from the rent. Know what I'm going to do? I kept the piece of crap and I'm putting it back before I move out and taking the pretty new one with me.

They've fixed leaking plumbing with rubber patches, they've replaced a leaking basement by ruining some of my property by placing drenched padding over it trying to dry it, then replaced the carpet with no padding it, they put a new roof over a sun porch that leaks more than the roof ever did, they installed a cabinet partially covering a furnace duct, and the list goes on. It's incredible!!! I think they rent it because it would never pass inspection to it.
