The monarchy helped unseat a duly elected PM of Australia. It could happen again. It's not about race. They have no business having a say in any country., UK doesn't grant monarchy any authority but ceremonial, yet Governor General can overrule other countries government.

It seems to me nowadays that countries are nothing more than tax collectors for billionaires. And that borders are nothing more than fences for the livestock we all have become.

If Charles becomes king, that would be the time for Canada to sever ties to the monarchy.
The Queen has been a tremendous asset to the Commonwealth and free nations. William will likely be a similar asset.

Canada definitely should. The Governor General has legal authority that could be executed. The office is currently vacant. They should keep it that way.
