IMO Very Not Good...does this not lead to more monopoly ownership(s) so the news slant(s) can be controlled more?

Perhaps.
The ruling allows the FCC to relax the rules.
Seems to me, the results are still TBD.

They have should have said FCC, SEC, FTC, FEC, etc. rule-making is unconstitutional per se because all legislative and pseudo-legislative activity must be enacted explicitly by only the Congress.
