I was talking to my daughter today after driving an hour and a half to see her and my son-in-law, in the Los Feliz area of L.A. We got to talking about her mother's family, my daughter's aunts and grandmother; and who could, or would, tell what to whom.
She said her one aunt, whose husband my daughter had cared for almost up to his death last year from pancreatic cacncer, she said that aunt would tell her anything-they were/are quite close. We also talked about secrets, and what people don't tell each other.
I thought about that, and it occurred to me that people, maybe most people even, will tell you anything, but absolutely nobody will tell you everything.
At least, I believe that to be true. I believe that each and everyone of us has a secret, or many, that we will never tell anyone. How about you? Do you believe that? Is that true for you?

Yes I have more than one secret I would not deluge as some people close to me may think less of me. I also hold some dear friends secrets . I would never betray their trust in me for whatever reason. Everyone needs that person to tell a secret to , we all wish that person will understand and offer some kind words to confirm the most secret trusting relationship.

Some things just aren't relevant but if you ask me a question I'm fairly sure I will answer it unless it threatens my safety. try me.

nope, for the most part im open to answering any questions. the only reason i pause is if the question is asked in a rude way or something. i never understood why someone would do something if they had to hide it. unless its like hiding a gift until you give it or something like that. although i have found that this may not be the best way to get along with others...

@Sticks48 doesnt really matter who buys it, as long as i know what kind of person i am, it won't bother me one way or another. i know for myself what is true, maybe for you if you have nothing to hide you have not tried much. but for others, we can try all sorts of amazing things and not choose to hide it.different strokes for different folks. im not saying that you hiding your stuff is wrong, just wrong for me. and i agree that everybody has their own definition of things. thats what makes everything so interesting.

@Sticks48 because 1 i don't care for pics of me, that was never a secret and 2 i don't know how to use this new to me laptop very well, so even the few pics i have of me, i have no idea how to get them anywhere but where they are. see still nothing to hide. all you gotta do is ask. like i said i know myself well enough. just because i don't do things the same as you doesnt mean either of us is doing it wrong, my way is working just fine for me, and i hope your way works for you
Yep..... we all got secrets. Its a need to know. Secret crushes... things we really don't want to talk about... it's ok to have them... I'm agnostic and it's a secret to most peoplle
