Would it be possible to view the organized distribution and enacting of voter suppression bills as a RICO hate crime wherein minority voting speech is being intentionally targeted and infringed upon for benefit, and that such organization makes it criminally chargeable?

I really, really like this idea! Maybe put it out All Over, so it rises up as a Plan for dealing with this unAmerican awfulness?!!

You can charge anything but I'd tend to doubt you'd get far, since a law is "openly" debated and can be challenged I doubt the courts could be convinced it rises to the level of criminal enterprise.
