I seem to have gone through something I can't explain. My neck became swollen and I developed a huge headache for the last three days. Now my eyes have dark rings around them and I didn't notice till today. I don't think I've had a stroke?

Sounds like an infection, if it is or if it is not, see a doctor and antibiotics should quickly sort it out, and if it is something more serious they will tell you.

You might consider getting a physician's opinion instead of ours. That doesn't sound good.

Not a doctor! And don't play one on TV.

The five warning signs of stroke are:
Sudden onset of weakness or numbness on one side of the body.
Sudden speech difficulty or confusion.
Sudden difficulty seeing in one or both eyes.
Sudden onset of dizziness, trouble walking or loss of balance.
Sudden, severe headache with no known cause.
