Who knew retirement could be so challenging? I wore out my achilles tendon walking, hiking and playing pickleball. Most fun i had had since i was 20 until it wasnt.

Yeah, I got one of those too...
My father used to chide me for playing racquetball. I believe I inherited my degenerative arthritis from my Mother. When you have a properly functioning body, you can't imagine the pain that accrues from age...
