Just found out what it was that woke me at around 4 am yesterday ( Friday) morning.
It seems that approx. 50 kms North-East of town, near a Sheep Property called Mount Gipps, there was a seismic event that tipped the scales at 3.4 according to the Geological Services.
And here was me thinking, LOL, that poor old Sky Daddy had dropped his false teeth yet again.....LOL.
Now you are "woke." I'm not sure what those who think they know believe that is but they used to tell me I was not "woke" and I think it had something to do with believing Trump. lol

No, I was WOKEN from sleep, made to wake up from sleep, awoken by the seismic shake, rattle and roll, etc, etc.
Definitely NOT 'woke' in the context to which are applying the word.
It's called "being woken up with an (ungodly) bang"!

You ain't kidding either, the whole house rattled and shook just like back in the 'bad old days of mining' here when underground firings were enough to shake crockery off of shelves and shatter windows.
