Very true.

There is nothing wrong with savouring solitude. 🙂

10000% agree with this.
My best friend (xtian orthodox) frequently used the term "being bored" throughout our entire friendship of 25+ years, was also the same person who felt immense pressure to get married. He married late in life (early 40's), and I hypothesize that there might be a correlation between those who 'get bored' and also can't enjoy being alone.
As the saying goes, "Enjoying being alone has a power very few can handle or understand."

Never felt so lonely in my life as when married to Mr. Wonderful......

Exactly. The only time I feel alone is when I'm in a crowd of strangers. Me, myself and I get along great.
