@AnneWimsey is right, this is a nonsense post. NO politician delivers as promised, so you're creating a false dichotomy. After an election, you don't need to look at what they promised vs what they delivered, you need to look at what they delivered vs what the opposition promised/ likely would have delivered. As bad as it sucks, there is a significant level of 'lesser of two evils', but that is inevitable, and in no way limited to American politics. You cannot have 165 million people be perfectly represented by one person, so it is guaranteed that most if not every last person will not be 100% in line with their candidate. To think it's possible, and whine when it isn't, is naive (or just plain childish and stupid). Furthermore, if you think anything that Biden has done or will do could even come close to what Trump has done or would continue to do, especially after seeing what the new balance of the SCOTUS is doing, then you're just a pile of shit who hates women as far as I'm concerned.

My post is about non-good performance compared to how expectations were set. I am not talking about perfection.

Afghanistan withdrawal was botched. Our infighting within the party is stalling important infrastructure, voting rights and other bills for months. The nation is talking about both and the world is talking about the Afghanistan withdrawal frustration. Biden came in as the most seasoned foreign policy hand, he was beating his chest in all foreign policy hearings when he was the committee chairman but he, the intelligence, all military brass, his expert advisors WH team could not plan and execute the withdrawal property with all the might the world's super power had. Now the military generals testified yesterday that they advised Biden against it.

So you want rant against everything that Trump did and still does but turn a blind eye on Biden's well publicized blunders, it is ok but just say so. Remember Trump did not have a single military blunder on his watch and he had no experience in foreign policy. I do not have blind partisan views. I tell as it is.

@St-Sinner Trump signed the agreement to withdraw all troops from Afghanistan, not Biden. The terms of the surrender were poorly negotiated by Trump. As with so much of what Trump did, he left a mess for someone else to clean up. I'd be willing to bet that if Trump was president right now the withdrawal from Afghanistan would have not gone any better and probably even worse.

Infighting between parties is not Biden's fault and it's the Republicans who have a history of obstruction. When Obama was president McConnel even openly bragged that he would do everything he could to obstruct Obama. The government shutdown in 2019 (longest in U.S. history) was due to Trump's demands for more money for his failed border wall. Once again, McConnell's actions to support Trump were a big part of why the shutdown occurred.

There's really no comparison between Trump and Biden. Trump had four years of scandal, ineffectiveness, chaos, and one shameful and embarrassing scandal after another.

Biden is far from being a perfect president but he's still miles ahead of Trump.

@St-Sinner Yes, and that comparison is nonsense. I'm not saying Biden isn't making any mistakes, I'm saying you're comparing the wrong things. It's like making a huge deal you got a rash from a condom due to your latex intolerance when that condom prevented you from getting HIV. Basically, if knowing what we know now, you'd still make the same choice, then you're complaints are baseless and stupid. And if you would choose Trump if you could go back in time, then, again, you're a huge pile of shit that hates women (and you're hopelessly deluded about Trump's performance).

Oooohhh, a new low in nonsensical, makes-no-sense, idiotic posts. Congratulations????????

Can you handle the truth? 🙂

@St-Sinner I see a skinny guy & a not-quite as skinny guy....what "truth"??? I repeat, nonsense!

@AnneWimsey

Do you know no amount of fair criticism of Trump is acceptable to Trump supporters? I am not here to glorify wrong heroes. I tell it as it is.

@St-Sinner You tell it as you see it. Stop lying.
