That program was advanced under FDR's presidency.
@PBuck0145 Please note that my comment stands for the way I think things could be right now after 4 years of Trump. I am not claiming Dems are good and Repugs are bad. I did not time travel or take notice of FDR in relation to Tuskegee. I still believe that if the GOP wins in 2024 and Trump is part of it that this could all happen again.
@PBuck0145 I understand but I also see that you live in Canada. My political activism against MAGA involves all the damage Trump will do to my country and my elderly benefits. Admittedly as everything continues the whole world is affected. This is not over yet and not getting very much better.
