We should embrace it and appropriate the phrase. For example:

Christian: "Thank God!"/"Praise the Lord!" [etc.]

Atheist: "Good luck!"

. . . . . . . . . . . .

Christian: "Merry Christmas!"

Atheist: "Good luck!"
