The answer to life, universe and everything.

Douglas Adams in his comical Sci-fi book “ Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy ” came up with the answer from a super, super computer that the answer

to “ life, universe and everything ” was

42

In doing so he failed any possible communication to seven eights of the world's population by expressing it in numbers . No matter. I think he chose that number simply because 42 is such a nice age.

Using only a very few words, what would be your own answer , achieved by what ever means …….?

Mine would be

“ Understand and then be kind ”

I have always stuck with 42.

I question the premise that there is a question to be answered.

Your right. Not A question but many.

41 ( Maybe. )

Your candidate, or anything logical, would negate Adams' entire story,

Which is the purpose of a comedy, so that you laugh at it - a well known put down technique
