Bill Gates made his fortune by convincing people that we have to have his product regardless of the price and how well it worked. If he charged more reasonable prices and quit forcing us to upgrade we would all have more money to donate to the charities of OUR choice instead of watching people like Gates donating the money we pay to charities of his choice. He may be a computer expert, but that doesn't make him a medical expert. Once again it appears that he is making promises that he can't fulfill, like when he promises that the next version of Windows will fix all past problems and give us what he claims is what we want.
Disease is natures way of dealing with over population. We must realize that unrestricted population growth is a disaster waiting to happen.
