I am always worried about Pluto the planet. When I was younger he was a Disney dog.

This is a topic I constantly think about. Thus far I have read 26,041 reference books on the subject and taken copious notes. I plan to read many more text books and when done I will compile the results and publish same for consideration.

I have more serious thing to be concerned about.

Hey, if Uranus is a planet despite all the jokes, then Pluto should be one too, once again!

The taxonomy of planet, like all taxonomy is not a part of science, but only a form of classification, which is a tool for filing in the service of scientists, but not science, and is always subjective. Nobody is therefore being anti science, if they choose to disagree with the I.A.U. and use their own classification, and I believe that even within the I.A.U. the vote was very close.

Pluto definitely got a raw deal.

I'd like to consider Pluto a planet no matter which rules they follow, however I'm not ready to call Europa and other moons, including our own, planets. No scientific reason, just my own feelings. 😉

Isn't a "dwarf" planet still a "planet"? I always thought it was really stupid to change its designation.
