I found an old figurative hat and donned it on my way here so I'd say forget logical fallacy yes I do "believe in living after death".

Big nope! It's like phlogiston, once you quantify it it vanishes. If some one is brain damaged does part of their consciousness go into the ether to be joined by the rest later. That purely physical inputs can alter you, indicates that self can't exist without the machinery of the body. Can you fall in love or lust without hormones? Can you get high if there is no interface for drugs? If you black out does you mind go to "heaven" then come back?
