Think I'm officially a Dr. Mike fan. Has nothing at all to do with how cute he is?

Some good stuff, but still a little misinformation.

For instance, the orange juice sugar thing. Natural sugars require a lot fewere chemical steps for you body to make use of it, whereas processed sugars take 3-6 times the chemical steps for yoru body to make use of them. Those extra steps uses up nutients your body would otherwise use to keep you healthy. Soem orange juice does add (processed) sugar to it. So no added sugar in oragne juice is nto really such a bad thing, even if it is a lto of sugar. Teh comparison btween sugar in orange juice an da soda is just misleading, leavign peopel to think tha tall sugar is th esame. It's not. The less processed the sugar the less harm it does.

The easy on the eyes factor doesn't hurt, though, right?
