I take daily vitamins that simply pass through my system. I take 3 realtime meds and maybe 12 or more daily vitamins. Part of my reasoning for this is because I eat what I want to eat. This means I do not eat right. Also know that food is not grown or processed properly today.
Yes, it is not easy to give up all those delicious cakes or other fatty foods, however one can start by changing it slowly. I have discovered that there are many foods that are healthy and also delicious.
The problem is the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, & K. The rest you can just pee out.
My father always used to joke that beer was called vitamin "P" because you pee it out very quickly.
