Losing weight doesn't seem to be working for me,...
So from now I'm going to concentrate on getting taller!
I know you're joking. But my knee jerk response is that when we gave up meat 20 or so years ago one of the benefits was that we stopped worrying about our weights.
We haven't had any weight problems since.
So, if you don't mind me asking, when you went Vegetarian/Vegan you needed to replace the vitamins, minerals, etc, etc, that humans gain from being omnivores with what exactly and how, precisely did buy these vital vitamins, etc, etc, affect the family budget since they are by no means cheap, or do you merely hope and wish that you can survive without these things that our bodies evolved to utilise and to need?
