In his situation anyone would have this experience. Your system struggles as you seem to be slipping into oblivion. Modern Evangelicals think he was instantly being sucked into Hell but the bible plainly says "the dead know not anything." People do not die and instantly go anywhere. We can all thank Saul/Paul for the religious nonsense some would apply here and he admits he often did not know whether he was in or out of his body when he received his teachings.
