A bit of Garth Brooks for those who like New Country.
Garth is the only CW performer I have ever liked to listen to, otherwise not a fan of CW new and especially old. The worst was a dentist I had for only a very short time. The office played only New Country religious Jesus music, I liked the sound of the drill - it drown out the music.
My father played a lot of country when I was a kid, Hank Williams Sr. and Hank Snow and Charlie Pride, etc. so I guess it got into my blood at a young age but I love Punk and New Wave and Rock and Roll but especially R&B and Blues. That's the thing when you have a good singing voice, if you can sing it then you will want to sing it out loud and proud.
@SnowyOwl Maybe that's why I like jazz, I can't sing very well-never could I guess cause the choir leader asked me to sing quietly. R&B and blues are good too. Grew up with the Philly sound and Motown. Bobby Rydell just passed, he was from South Philly. My Dad loved the Beatles and enjoyed listening to the music of the late 60s but I did not discover jazz until I moved to Seattle.
