If you wish a clear cut war crime/ crime against humanity, look no further than 7 dead kids in Kabul, droned in a revenge attack for a suicide bomb at the airport which killed 13 US service people. The WH/ Biden initially bragged how a terrorist cell had been taken out, later admitting the mistake. Internal US investigation assigned no blame. 7 dead kids.
Putin must go now no doubt, but let the Russians roll him internally. They are not keen on a Western style democracy being imposed on them by outsiders.
