Nothing out of the ordinary with Australia's Bureau of Meteorology and their forecasting abilities that I can see.
Forecasts for today, Tuesday and for yesterday, Monday were, Overcast, some breaks in clouds, light winds, slight possibility of showers, estimated rainfall 1.8 mms.
Well it rained fairly steadily most of yesterday and overnight plus a few light showers during the day, checked the rain gauge and found that we had had approx. 1 and a quarter inches of rain in approx. 24 hours/ approx. 34 mms.
At least it was good steady rain and the countryside is still in dire need of it.
