I am sitting beside a drive through rite-aid and in front of a drive through taco-time. I am famished and in need of some meds. Decision time. Which goes first.

They will tell you to come back in 30 minutes at the drugstore, whether drive-in or inside. Drop off the Rx, enjoy tacos. Return.
